Default Air blower motor making a loud gurgling annoying sound

It will be fine when I first turn the fan on but when I start to accelerate, the noise starts up and won't go away the rest of the time....it is intermittent but off and on being mostly on and off for maybe a few seconds......is this typical sounds of a bad blower motor? I took motor out and cleaned the leaves and stuff out but still no better

Blower bearings are probably on their way out. May be time for a replacement.

You can hear gurgling if the air conditioner drain tube is clogged causing the evaporator box to fill up with condensed water. Likely that would have been noticed when you took the fan out though.

One thing you could do before just replacing it... with the blower running, put your hand on it and see if it's vibrating. Excessive vibration means bad bearings... and you can already rule out junk being in there.

I'll be replacing mine as well once the car is out of paint.

Mine was making a god awful screeching sound for awhile when I would turn it on, and would stop after awhile. Then finally I started the car and the vents didn't come on, and when I switched them off/on again to try to get them going some smoke came up from behind the dash lol.

Safe to say my blower motor is toast . Luckily it's an easy job and the part is only like $30 I think.
