Hello, guys my name is manny I just sign up for honda-tech yesterday and I was wondering if you guys are familiar with the honda civic si 2000 if you are please message me back. Anyways I have a problem I live in pa and I want to make my car fast and loud people give me specific mod to do on my car but some of those mods are illegal in pa, but I also been told that if I wanna make my car fast aND loud said to change the manifold and header. If anybody knows the state law of PA about modifying cars please let me know. Thank you

All state laws say something like a car must have an "effective muffler". If you have open headers, or even some ebay ineffective muffler that is louder than the cop thinks it should be you'll get a ticket.

what do you mean by hood exit header and if I was to get a turbo what type I should get like stage or something also do I need to get a hondata if I get a turbo
