My 2006 accord has multiple electrical issues. First I noticed the key fob stopped working on both my keys as well as when I shut off the engine the headlights cut off without me turning them off, the car doesn't ding to remind me I left my keys in, and I cannot use the power lock with the engine off.

Later while driving my driver side window went down and won't roll up. I also cannot roll my other windows down. I can hear a click when I try to roll the window down.

I tested the battery and replaced and still have these issues.

I didn't trace everything but one common thing I did see was the #7 drivers under dash fuse.....bottom row count from left to right, 10 amp.
