Default 95 civic transmission and engine issues

So a couple of months ago I bought this white 1995 Honda Civic from a girl who bought it from a guy who, I'm guessing was trying to mod it but then gave up. The car has been lowered about an inch or inch and a half and he put 15 in tires on it making the tires grind on the wheel well every time you turn, but that's not the real issue. Recently the clutch gave out (I don't feel any pressure when stepping on it and the Trans won't shift). After asking the guy what parts I would need, all he sends me is "Its a dohc zc 1.6. U wont find part for that motor exactly since its from japan i think the equivalent for oil pan is the d16a1 dohc" (I did ask about the oil pan as well as it leaks a qt every two weeks). Would you guys be able to help me find a rebuilt transmission and whatever I need to replace the clutch? Like my username states I know very little about civics or actually any car for that matter lol, but I would like to learn.

So, what's the engine stamped code?
is there a vin tag on the transmission case?

Don't buy a car already modified unless it is dirt cheap and you know what you are doing. Even then, you're likely to have a Bad Time.

Loss of clutch pressure is either because the fluid leaked out or the master cylinder is bad internally. The clutch master cylinder is probably stock from the original Civic, so specify that at the parts store.

Clutch master cylinder and/or slave cylinder is bad (or in very rare cases there's a hole in the clutch line) Get under the dash look for brake fluid running down the inside of the firewall from the master cylinder. Pull the rubber boot back on the transmission, check for leaks there. Replace the affected components and bleed the system. The good news is the parts are relatively cheap and you can do the job in your driveway with basic hand tools.

In any case the clutch itself is not the cause of your problems.
