2000 Accord 2.3 fuel problem
I have a 2000 Honda Accord 2.3 and will not run. I am having fuel issues. Let me get a few things out of the way. The engine has spark at the plugs. New wires. New plugs. The fuel pump is fine. The fuel regulator is new. The return line is not clogged. The only way I can get the car to stay running is if I take off the fuel line. When I put the line back on the car will not start. After a couple of attempts to start the car I remove the plugs and they are black and wet. I know this sounds crazy but it is a big mystery to me.
