Default 98' Ex 4dr New rims without new studs?

I want some new rims for my civie but don't want ot bother with new lugs or lug studs, so I was thinking taking the rims from an Integra, something like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-Honda-Acura-Integra-Type-R-DC2-Rims-Wheels-Tires-96-4x114-3-15x6-50-Accord-/282298052985?hash=item41ba467179Would these fit without further modification?

Those would not even bolt on. All Civic hubs are 4 x 100 bolt pattern.

Sorry, still fairly new to this. Would any other honda OEM rims in the same lug pattern, that don't look like hot trash (like these https://www.carid.com/ic/replace/fac...27u45n-1_6.jpg) bolt on with OEM lugs? Could you recommend any specific ones similar to the original post?

Civic HX wheels look similar. They are 14".

Why would you need to change studs? And lots of aftermarket wheels come with new lugs as a package deal.

You want to use the correct lug nuts for whatever wheels you use. Any Honda wheel from the same era should have used the same nut style. Aftermarket wheels use a different shaped "tuner" lug nut. Just research the wheel before you buy it and see if you will need to purchase different lug nuts.
