Default 94 Accord auto no gears work

94 accord auto, 70,000 priginal miles. Driving down the highway yesterday and all the sudden im free revving in neutral. Shifter was still in D4. I pull over, and every gear besides park acts like neutral. I can restart the car, put it in D and drive like 10 feet before it slipping back into "neutral". Recently replaced both shift solenoids with used ones, but were clean, trans fluid has already been drained and refilled with correct fluid a couple thousand miles ago. When i start the car up in park and give it a little rev there is now a hissing sound from under the hood. Doing a little research i pull the TCM and look for any obvious burnt pieces on the board, but find nothing. My carpet padding was wet though underneath the bracket that the TCM and ECM sit on which I find funky. Could my trans cable that is activated by the throttle body need adjusting? I'm not sure how much is normal slack to be in that cable. Any thoughts?

Also, no check engine light ever appeared, nor does it currently have one. All lights illuminate when choosing any gear like normal
