2000 Honda Accord Over Heating
I have been experiencing over heating problems for a month now. At first I was told it was a bad head gasket however the smoke was not coming out tail pipe it was coming from up under my hood and there was no white stuff in my oil. The problem is I replaced the thermostat, and replaced my fans. There is leak coming from somewhere because when I am parked coolant is on the ground also leaking out the coolant tank. Can someone please tell me what is going on
Don't take this wrong but....you have a leak in the cooling system.
To tell you where it is, well it is really hard for us to do that. We could name ~20 common things but that would just cost you time and money.
Many parts stores loan out a coolant system pressure tester, get one. Fill the rad and then use the tool to find the source of the leak. Repair and hope for the best.

I would start looking for the leak in the area that was disturbed when the thermostat was replaced. If everything isn't fitting just right, and/or the gasket that the thermostat goes in isn't on right, it can leak. Happened to me. There are several YouTube videos on how to replace a thermostat on a Honda Accord. Winston Buzon does a pretty good job of showing the thermostat and the gasket and you can see how it can be done wrong. Also check that the cooling fans are actually working when they are supposed to. To do this, after you start the car, turn on the AC full blast, and then look under the hood. Both fans should be blowing like mad. If not there is a fan problem as well as a leak problem.
