Vibration and whining

Vibration and whining
After doing a water pump and timing belt replacement I put my engine back together and now there is a loud vibration that stops when I get into the throttle and there's also a warning coming from around the timing belt cover area. Could someone anyone please help me with what is going on it's def not normal
