Hey guys i have a 94 civic d15b7, the car can't go into any gear unless I turn it off put it in first then it'll jump and move forward,then the gears will work and car will drive if I force the gears,the clutch pedal is to soft and is sitting close to the floor board, we changed the master cylinder but that didn't help, we changed the slave cylinder but that still didn't work also bled the clutch but still the same..what could be the problem?...only way to drive it is to put it in gear then turn on and itll jump forward and start moving..aslong as car is moving I can shift gears if I force it with out using pedal..if I come to a stop I have to turn it off then re do process

 

I know it's a hard one not much people can solve

 

Drop the transmission and inspect the clutch and pressure plate.

 

Clutch is gone, x2 on civic402lx

 

Clutch isn't really gone, I believe a spring popped out and lodged itself between the clutch and pressure plate. Had it happen before.

Ok, so if the spring is out the pressure plate that means your clutch is done. you can't pop the spring back and reuse. That means the clutch is gone.
