Icon5 Cooling fans.

Yesterday went out to my 2007 Honda Civic Lx and the battery was dead, hooked charger up and as soon as battery got juice cooling fans started running And continue to run until I pull the main fuse from Engine compartment fuse box. Any ideas what is causing this And what I need to do to fix this.
Thanks

Seems odd. But a couple days ago when I started mine, the AC and cooling fans were running for quite a while. It was really cold out but this has never happened before. I had the fan switch on the climate control off and the AC was off too
