Hello , I have a 2004 CR-V with 170K miles. Runs great, but it will pop out of overdrive several times/day. Doesn't do it going down the road, only while taking it out of park or putting it in reverse. The lighted "overdrive off" pops on on the dash. I then have to shut the car off and start it again to get it back into overdrive (normal operation). Any idea what could be causing it and/or is there a way to disable it? Seems to do it mainly in cold weather and early in the day. When the car gets good and warmed up it doesn't do it as much, but it will occasionally.
