Hey i just bought a 90 accord it had an oil leak but doesn't burn oil but dues burn oil on the bottom side. Could the leak be coming from the oil pan and dripping onto the exhaust manifold? The oil pan is all dented up so thinking it could have bent around the gasket? I changed the valve cover gasket and that didn't help. Now that one of the leaks. The other leak is a coolant leak i was told the water pump had a leak and that also leads me to the noise it sounds like some sort of bearing is going out on the right side of the bottom end could it be the water pump i am going to be replacing it with the timing belt as well.

 

Since you plan on doing the timing belt at the same time it would be best to get the full Gates timing belt kit and an oil pan gasket and even an oil pump gasket kit. They have a timing cover gasket set that includes the timing side gasket as well as the oil pump gasket kit. I would get that instead of just the oil pump gasket kit.

It will work out good because in order to pull the oil pump after you pull the timing belt you will need to drop the oil pan, which you will be replacing the oil pan gasket as well.
