Default Cable to Hydro conversion

I bought a hydro transmission with GSR gears to put in my 90 crx with cable chassis and a B series. I was under the impression that you could buy the conversion kit with line and master cylinder and be done but I need a clutch fork and a boot and other things.

So far I've got to get:

5/8" master cylinder
slave cylinder
steel braided Teflon line with –3 female hose ends.
clutch fork (what clutch fork do I get for this??)
clutch fork boot

Is there anything else I need or am going to have to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
