I disconected negative from battery prior to removing alternator! Then reconected after installing! Car has no power and battery has plenty of juice!

Not real clear on which fuse it is!! I know it's the 100 amp but the diagram on back of fuse box is not very clear. Could it be a multi fuse with screws or a square box like fuse?

Have your alternator checked for output. Most likely the alternator is weakening and you are losing the ability to charge your battery and power your auxiliary systems.

Have you installed extra stereo equipment? Most people will upgrade power draws without improving the power supply at the same time.
