Im getting a em1 that needs the motor replaced but i want to know what can plug and play with out having to do to many extra things but i want somthing stronger and faster then the b16 it comes with and something that wont cost me a arm and leg appreciate all the answers you guys may have

Nothing is plug and play besides a '99-00 Civic Si B16A2... and EVERYTHING that is more powerful is going to cost more money.

Your local bone yard, [PicknPull] will be the best price, lots of 1.8L Integra's, RS/LS there, you can get engine/transmission and harnessing there for a pretty good price, you may just have to look for a bit to find a low mileage one, I have a 94 RS and happened to find a 94 RS, engine/tranny with 52,000km on it, was looking for a caliper bracket, when I seen 52,000on the diel I grabbed the engine/tranny and ECU also, too good a deal tp pass up. 94

If you already have an EM1, changing out the bottom end will be the cheapest way to make power.
