Attached is a picture of the heater controls in my car
I picked up the car yesterday and the whole heater control unit in the dash is dead, none of the buttons light up or respond to input.
I've checked all the fuses I can see, I've pulled the black plastic trim out and can feel that it definitely has both plugs plugged into the back of it. is there a fuse I don't know about? is it likely the unit in the dash has failed? what's the best course of action from here?
