heater no power

heater no power
so i pulled out my dash to do a dash swap i pulled grey out and put black in. i put it all back together and the heater has no power to it.. both plugs are plugged in to the heater controls i checked fuse under the dash its fine... any ideas? i checked both heater controls nothing!!
