Icon4 '91 CRX Si Fuel Neck Access???

Hi!
I have a 1991 CRX si with a badly leaking fuel filler neck and cannot figure out how to get to it.

The rear wheel-well is sealed, as in there is no "liner" to remove like on the front wheel-wells. There doesn't appear to be anyway to get to the neck to replace it.

I'm getting ready to sell this car and have made sure everything (except the AC) is working properly and don't want to sell this until I fix the leak.

An exhaustive internet and forum search has proven to be fruitless. Anyone have any ideas?

Remove the interior panels. Have fun.

Thank you, Manny!

Is it a huge pain to get to/remove the panels?

Not really. Just be very careful and use a panel removal tool. The clips are old, so you'll break them if you just use brute force.
