What do you mean b20/b16 swap???
A/C can be installed on any car, if it is not the stock engine you would use all the G2 A/C parts and just have to either make/modify bracket to fit G2 compressor to engine or modify suction and discharge compressor lines off b16 compressor used to connect to G2 A/C system, [evaporator and filter] or because you have to replace ACCUMULATOR/DRIER anyway modify the accumulator to condenser line instead modifying lines is probably easier/cheaper then making/modifying a bracket to fit/line up a compressor.
The G2 would use a DENSO; 10PA15C compressor a 1,6L Civic Engine would use a SANDEN; TRF/S090; 94
