Hello everyone
I'm Having a lil problem With my 2000 Civic Ex

i had a 1995 Acura integra LS was stock with B16 Tran i got into a car accident car got hit on the driver side door i end up buying a 2000 Civic Ex shell came with everything and did a motor swap

i purchase jumper from OBD1 to OBD2B to make my integra Computer(P28) work now the problem that im having is when i turn the key in the on position i hear a click on the relay but no prime but if i leave the key in the on position the fuel relay click on to prime the line but i have to wait a long time (10 to 20min) sometime more when it prime and car will start fine with no problem i left it on for 1hr and turn it back off and wait 10min turn it back on the relay click in and prime the line and turn back on fine this happen when the car stay off and cool off i have been reading alot of info on this website but nothing like this i did all the test that u guy have told every one to do but still nothing

i replace the main relay
check to see if i had power coming to the relay but jumping 5 to 7 and 1 to 5 and i was getting power to the pump
check the fuse on the hood and dash and still nothing

Sounds like a classic case of bad ECU.

Here's my suggestion:
Could be a fuel issue caused by a bad MAP sensor.
To test this, unplug the wire going into the sensor. With the key on ACC (2nd position before starting the engine) plug the wire back in the sensor. You should immediately hear the sound of your fuel injectors working (priming). If not, try the steps again a couple of times, making sure the key is in the 2nd position. If you do hear the injectors come on right after you plug the wires, your car will now start. This means the MAP sensor needs to be replaced.
My 1994 honda civic engine would crank but intermittently wouldn't start. Replacing the MAP sensor (located right above the air intake manifold) solved the problem immediately.
