Is it normal for the climate control to always let air blow through the vents even when the fan speed is set to off? It's a decent amount of air too. I can't tell if it's the blower running or if its just letting outside air in constantly..

This happen to anyone else?

 

Unless you turn recirculate on it will still allow air to blow in from under the cowl. You should find with recirc on all airflow will stop. I usually leave it on fresh air with the blower off and heat high once the car is warmed up in the winter time. Turning the fan on with the heat cooks me fast. Lol
