I have a 2000 honda accord 4 cylinder 4 door lx. I have a random misfire. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all 4 injectors, and the fuel pressure regular. I am now at a loss. any input would be great

What is your fuel pressure, random misfires a normally due to a fuel issue or spark issue, as you have already replaced the injectors and FPR I would look at fuel pressure and then spark, [quality of the spark, should be bright blue], maybe a weak coil or igniter. 94

Power for fuel injectors is supplied by the PGM-FI Main Relay, [injector relay] it supplies power to all injectors as long as ign. switch is on, your problem must be at the junction connector, where the one lead from fuel injector relay splits to the four injector pigtails.
Sorry not sure where that is on your Accord, but my guess is there is corrosion at that junction/plug, unplug spray contact cleaner or WD40 into both ends and plug in and unplug a few times to clean.
If that does not work you have an "open" [broken] lead to that injector. 94
