my 94 civic d15b7 won't start doesn't even crank just has the oil light and srs on the dash also the headlights,radio or Windows don't work but the hazards work...I don't know what the problem is I'm stuck at work

Gotcha. Gotta admire someone who gets right to the point. It's your VTEC solenoid, the cross-hatching is likely worn inside the solenoid so you need to disassemble it and hone the solenoid piston disc with a honing stone. 400 grit sandpaper also works in a pinch. Make sure the cross-hatching is fully referenced to the bevel point around the counter-shaft girdle or you'll have shaft flutter at lower RPMs.
