Default Changed engine won't start

Hi
I have a 1999 honda accord that we changed the motor in. We changed the plugs, distributor cap and rotary button, the ignition coil, and gave it an oil change. it is getting fire to all plugs but will not start. it is also getting fuel. it will turn over and try to start but wont. any advice will help.
thanks

You might want to check compression to make sure the engine is in good condition.

Check that ground cable and bolt G101 is properly connected and tight.

If the coil is firing but it is not gettting to the appropriate plugs then either the firing order is wrong with the plug wires, or the rotor is out of phase with the distributor, Hondas distributors can be installed 180° out which would cause a no fire issue.
