Default Cam Gear Tuning - Please Help Identify my Cam Gears + Advise on TDC?

Been a long time since I've posted to Honda-Tech, but really need some help for my poor baby that won't start.

- I've got adjustable cam gears on my 1995 Integra GSR from the previous owner.
- I've owned this GSR since 2000, and I'm unable to track down previous owner, or figure out who made these cam gears 16+ years ago
- My mechanic while replacing my timing belt and water pump didn't realize they were not stock, so never bothered to care about the position, and now both of us are having trouble figuring out where TDC is
- I've reached out to DPR Australia and they say it's not their Cams (or so they think)

So here are the photos
1) Showing the Cam gear closeup to help in identification
2) The manual page, which shows after I get the crank at TDC, then I should be able to line up two marks on the cam gears. These do not exist on my cam gears
3) I tried to set the center lines of the cam gears facing eachother in the picture, this did not allow my car to start
4) THANKFULLY I have an old picture of the cam gears installed on my car while it was working, but this doesn't help me figure out where to set them for TDC

At this point I'm reaching out for some help before I make an assumption and make the center lines of the adjustable area point upwards or something....Any thoughts from the cam tuners out there?

Thank you in advance!!!

Here is a close up of the Cam Gear. Clearly showing DPR, and what looks like stamped markings with a center line. Manual - Showing that I should have markings that I point towards each other. I tried this setting using the center line stamped in the adjustable area of the Cam gears, and it won't start

So I tried getting the mechanic to set it this way, except with the center lines even and pointing towards each other. Car wouldn't start

THANKFULLY I found this picture from back in the day, clearly showing that the gears would never be aligned so the centers are pointing towards each other. But now the big question is, which way do they face for TDC??

Found some old posts, and found this gem of advice from @JDM_DC4_FANATIC

I've mocked up what this would look like on my cam gears - can anyone verify I'm going in the right direction with this? I find it odd that the DPR logo would be upside down like this when installed if this was correct....Thoughts?

Some great advice for figuring out that the Cam gears should have the 0 mark pointing straight up - I hope!
Here is a picture of my old working cams - seems like it would make sense that the center line etched marks could point straight up for TDC. Can someone help verify this for me? thanks!!!

If the gears are not adjusted and are at 0 sock cam gears are easy to find just replace them, but its not the cam gears you guys are just not lining up the gears on the belt. Use a cam gear locking plate to hold the gears at tdc as you put on the belt to prevent the cam gears from not lining up correct.
