Any secrets or hidden screws to remove the center console/vent assy?

On hatchbacks u have to take out the console parts between the front seats out up the dash to that panel and the lower dash panels on both sides. Disconnect the air mixer cable. Pop the flasher and defrost switches out & a screw's behind each of them. There's 3 more screws on the underside. Then it's just convincing that panel to pop out-I think getting the lower edge to tilt out 1st.
