Default honda accord 2008. my right low beam works when i take right high beam fuse out. why?

i have Honda accord 2008. all sudden my right low beam stopped working so i took right high beam fuse out and my right low beam light started working fine but then i put high beam fuse back and turned my lights on and my right low beam stopped working again. so i took high beam fuse out and now my both low beams are working fine. but right high beam is not working..

in short, my right low beam only works when i take right high beam fuse out. any solution??? both fuses seems fine.

1. Are your headlight stock?

2. What happens if you unplug the right high beam connector, re-insert the high beam fuse, and turn on the low beams?
