passenger High beam not working

on my 93hatch...
drl works and low beams work on both sides.
just the passenger high beam is not working.
changed to new sylvania silverstars from stock and still the same problem.
is it a short somewhere?

ur fuse is bad it under the dash called low beam

wouldnt it be high beam? either way its a fuse, check all your underdash fuses related to high and low beams...
