I did the same repair. I added solder to all the resister except one under the display. MY solder iron a bit too big to reach. The odd thing is, after the repair, whenever I start my car, it would come on. Few seconds later it would cut off. Around 3-5 mins later it would come back on and stay on. Not sure if it's the cause of that one solder joint under the display or a capacity gone bad. Have you experience something similar? If so, any idea how I could fix it?

Good job friend, I did it and the clock started to blink again. Suggestion : do not use more than 300° Celsius on the small resistor, it can be burned. I have checked it on the multimeter : 30 Ohm and on the PCB 1W tolerance....so hard to match with one on my desk. Anyway...thanks a lot.
