Default Can't figure it out

I can't figure out what's wrong with my 95 Honda accord. When I go from stop it's barely moving until I get over 2rpms then it will speed up but as soon as it switches gears it does it again, sometimes my tact bounces around or it'll just drop. Ive changed the starter, spark plugs, distributor, had the fuel line checked, and it's still doing the same thing. I bought a new tps but I don't want to install it if that's not going to fix the problom. Can somebody, anybody please give ur input thanks

If you changed all that trying to fix it, you shouldn't be working on your own car.

The problem is obvious; you have a bad speed sensor somewhere (most likely the transmission input shaft sensor). The transmission bases when to shift and engage lockup based on rpms and pressure: so if the sensor is bad, it'll give you those symptoms. That's why your tach is acting erratically.

Any CEL codes?

Check your ground connections .. a couple of places to check where ground wires are connected to your chassis. Do you have crank / start issues ? If so check grounding first.
