Default Rear Brakes

What's up HondaTech! I recently replaced my brake shoes and my E brake still wont work. Any idea of what it couldbe? Also my brake light wont go off at all any idea on that as well?

Are you sure that your back brakes are working at all? Maybe they just need to be topped up, bled and adjusted? Did the wheel cylinder piston pop out when removing the hardware? Did you manually adjust the star wheel?
