Icon5 D15Z1 block / D15B2(6) rods&pistons / D16Z6 head&intake

Hi guys,
please don't blame me and redirect to search, I've spent two weeks reading before starting a topic, because I really got confused.
First, I can't do an engine swap because of huge problems/money with MOT (here in Germany). So I need to stick with the same block and ECU.

I have stock Civic EG with D15Z1 engine. It's a real problem and really very expensive to order PMS pistons (price tag, shipping, import tax $500+) so it's not an option.
I'm thinking to swap the Rods and Pistons (combo) from D15B2(6/7).
Are the only differences between different D15 botom end just a rods and pistons? Are the cranks the same? So I'll get basically the D15B2 bottom end, right?
Since D15Z1 already a OBD1-MPFI engine, I can swap the whole D16Z6 head/intake/injectors on it and get a nice D15 + MiniME + MPFI engine, right?

Am I right at least a bit or completely wrong?
Best regards
