My head is all nice and clean, and I saw this in the casting.
Does this mean the head was manufactured on the 8th day of August, 1995?
What about the 10 with the I, II and III above? Does that have to do with hour, or shift?

I have never seen talk about the other stampings. Not sure if that would be August or October etc. If it is, then you are probably right that it's August 8th.

The 10 could be 10th casting station or who knows exactly....

Head casting should always show a year previous, IE if the head says 95, the car is a 96.

I've been into Hondas for well over 10 years and I've never heard what the other casting marks mean. I don't believe they involve the date, or I think we would have figured that out by now.
