i hear toda is the best...but if you dont feel like spending a grip load of money...you can find a itr one in the classifieds for like $100 shipped

The lighter the better.
Comptech 6.75lb'er.
I have a Toda 9lb'er. You get used to it and anything heavier seems like driving a dead turtle.

....and yeah, lighter the better IMO. and when people say a 7lb flywheel isn't good for a daily driver, don't believe them...i would have gotten a comptech if it wasn't so expensive.
