Fuel lid wont open when you pull the lever, i know how to repair but its a PITA. Anyone have any quick ideas to get the fuel door open? You can't push it out from the inside. I have no rear panels in my car, would it be possible to cut open the rubber around the wire and just pull the wire from the backseat/hatch area?

 

I had this happen on mine. I just had to pry it open with the thinnest tool I could find (small putty knife) and then bend the tab on the lid, very carefully until it worked correctly.
