Default Curios here, need a bit of more experienced help here

I have a GSR that has a bad injector, and I plan on going turbo but I wanted to know if I put my 650cc injectors along with fuel rail and FPR in now would it be bad for the car? I'd appreciate the help and advice thanks in advance!

Mods: Headers, Exhaust, Bee-R launch control, Type-R dc2 ECU.

Without a proper tune, yes, that would not be good for your engine, if it even ran. That would be about 3x the amount of gas for the stock fuel map. You would definitely throw a CEL for fuel trim.

Also have to throw this out there, why are your running a Type-R ECU on a GSR engine? There are multiple problems with that, one being the lack of IAB control (secondary runners on your intake), and more importantly, different timing and fuel maps. TypeR is tuned for higher compression, higher VTEC engagement, higher redline and single runner intake.

it's came imwith the car and I figured if I'm buying a hondata for it mighty aswell let it stay on for the time being, I did have to re adjust the timing on the car and right now it runs solid just have a slight issue with VTEC and high rpm idle. But thanks, should I be worried about that bad injector?

I personally would be, and I would not drive with a bad injector or wrong ECU. I would park then car until I got the Hondata, or buy a GSR ECU and another injector. But if you baby it around, and have already been driving like that for some time, it would probably not make much difference.

I've been driving it around for a month or so as is and no issues but idk how long the injector has been like that.. I'm currently searching for a p72 to see if that helps
