Default 1999 Accord Rust, is this bad (structural??

I recently had my timing belt done. the shop told me I have rust in the right engine cradle. He said I have 5 year before issues. Didn't say 2-5, said 5. This car has like NO rust anywhere then in these pics. How soon should I address this. Is this a structure/stress point I should be concerned about? Sorta like a load bearing wall if you will.

Fairly common issue on the 6th gen Accord's. Yes, you should look into getting it (subframe/front beam) replaced. You can look online for a used one, be sure to get pic's so you don't get one that is "pre-rusted"

If it fails then the suspension collapses on that side. If the car is moving and you hurt anyone, and the plantiff finds this thread you Will lose the civil suit and insurance will hang you out to dry.

What would be the cost to have this replaced? Anyone know? I am not doing it, bigger job then I can take on. How big is it? Engine removal? Suspension?
