94 Civic D16 - valve cover bolt hole broke at cam hold down
not sure this is where to post...not sure if "cam hold down" is even right name...but my son bought a '94 Civic, I think he said it has a 'D16' [?] motor...
he had an oil leak at front passenger side of valve cover...we bought a valve cover gasket, and when we removed the valve cover, the hole that valve cover bolt goes into was busted...only half of hole...I was told to replace the cam hold down on that side...is that the correct name for the part I need?...and if so, where do I get one of these parts please?...
Thank you,
Keith [aka slowboy57]
ps...sorry for blurred picture, took with cell phone...

Cam Cap,

Doesn't look like it can be purchased new, so your best bet may be to check out the FS section and see if someone is parting out a z6 head. or the local junkyard
not sure if there is any variation for this part between different heads. (probably is for vtec / non vtec )
