I replaced the alternator and two days later my drive belt broke while on th freeway. The car instantly shut off and will not turn back on. After I did some investigating remind battery Volts for at 9 and all my spark plugs were burnt. I change spark plugs replace the belt and still can't get it to start can anybody please tell me what I should look for or what steps to take to figure out what is wrong with the car

Check all your fuses, especially the 90a fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

What do you mean by drive belt?
The alternator belt?
Or the timing belt?

If its the timing belt, then it will not start because it bent valves and of course the timing belt drives the entire motor.
That means you have a big repair on your hands, new valves, new timing belt, water pump, and head work.
