Default 94 ex rough idle d15 z6 mani

ok I swapped engine into the car a while ago and I'm working out some issues. Had idle surg which lead me to low coolant. Fixed that and it ran great for a few weeks then the sensor on the intake mani broke off where the hose connects. So I bypassed the Evap can. Now car has rough idle until it warms up and sometimes after driving at idle in traffic sometimes it surges.

So question is did I do something wrong in bypassing the evap can. Not really any harder on gas. Still pulls good.

I put a bolt in the hose to the tb. I put bolt in the small hose from the back of the intake mani. Left gas vape line open. The sensor isn't plugged in and isn't throwing a code. Just surg at start up.

Any help is appreciated

Repair evap system properly.

Make sure all the 2-wire plugs are plugged into the correct sensors. They are not physically keyed to prevent mis-plugging. You have to look at the wire colors.
