So tell me if I bent my valves/ Jumped timing
Car wasn't starting confirmed that there was fuel and spark. Went to check compression, did a compression test on cyl #4 and #3. Had like 60 psi in #4. and 50 psi in #3. As I tried to do number #2, I tried cranking the motor but i heard a sound like the motor was cranking but then sounded as if someone jammed something in there to make it not turn. I was worried. So then checked the timing. I aligned the marks on the crank pulley to the lower timing cover. And where it says UP on the cam gears, was facing down so complete opposite thats like 10 teeth or something wtf, a 180 degree difference.
So do you guys think i f*cking bent my valves by trying to crank the motor while it was off timing, no clue that it was.

Turn the engine at the crank until both cam gears line up, so that the alignment markers touch and the UP is pointing UP. You're probably just 360 deg off at the crank on the cyl 1 TDC stroke. Then post pics.
It is highly unlikely (damn near impossible) that your timing belt slipped and landed exactly 180 deg out.
If you can't turn the engine by hand because something is broken, you're going to have to disassemble things. I would not try to start the engine unless you can turn it by hand / wrench on crank.

Ah ok got you. I didn;t know you were suppose to do that. with the crank pulley and stuff
