Default Do F22 manifolds + Distributors fit in F23?

I want to ask this question as simply as possible. Does the Intake manifold, Exhaust manifold, and Distributor from a F22 non V-tech motor swap over into a F23 V-tech long block? I am looking to buy a F23 becuase it runs. I dont care about the vtec, all i want is an engine that propels my vehicle without smoking like a diesel, like the f22 that is in my accord right now. Both motors have 4 cycles and make power, all i want to know, is if i can swap over my intake, exhaust, and distributor. If anyone knows for sure, plz let me know. I have had experience with puting an obd1 d16 in a obd 0 ef hatch using the throttle body injection manifold and stock ef exhaust manifold but i do not have experience with f series. I am assuming it would be the same but i would like to know before i throw down big money on a motor that i might not be able to make work for my situation.
