I'm trying to install my new fuel injector clinic 2150s into my skunk 2 composite rail mated to a victor x intake manifold on a b18c
the problem i am having is it seems the bore on the rail is slightly smaller than the top hat on the injector I cannot get them to seat and seal in the rail.
Who else has had this problem and what did u do to fix it.
Anybody opened the bore up re up on the rail? It's risky I know just not sure what else to do

Had similar problem with my FIC 1000cc on AEM fuel rail and had to get the holes in the rail machined by 0.5mm to get the injectors in and seal with the supplied with the O-Rings. I took a chance and it paid off but if the you screw up the fuel rail then you know what ;o).

I had the same issue with my AEM rail and ID1000's, It was tricky but was able to get them in using supplied O rings, a small mount of oil and gently twisting them in, be careful not to rip o-rings
Myself I would not be comfortable machining the fuel rail

Yeah I've liberally applied a lot of dielectric grease on them. I had similar issues when installed id1000. But managed to make it work I'll work it some more and if no luck I'll have to slightly hone it out Maybe I can fit a perfect fitting sanding cartridge roll. Just to lightly open it
