Default 2007 Honda Civic si accelaration issue


watch video I explain everything map sensor code p1128 was reading till I fixed it bought the car about a month ago been doing it ever since

Did you clear the code after you fixed it ? Did the code come back again? Considering full throttle uses up full vacuum and the map sensors job is to monitor vacuum I would think that circuit is still an issue. How does the car idle ? It's possible there is a vacuum leak. Did it have this specific issue prior to you replacing the map sensor ? Or did you fix the map sensor code but spring this issue at the same time ?

The map sensor would pop up before I replaced it then go away ab after a couple hours then would pop back up again once it hit the "rev limiter" I replaced it and now it doesn't pop up at all i think it may be my cat
I ordered a test pipe and if that doesn't fix it looks like Ima have to take it to Honda
