Upgrading Del Sol Si Brakes & Rebuilding
I have a 97 Si and i am looking to upgrade my brakes to the VTEC del sol as well as getting new parts in the car since i want it to last alot longer.
From my continued research i have discovered that i need:
Spindle, hub, rotors, lines, calipers, pads and rear trailing arms, the MC & booster, a non abs prop valve and Del Sol Si or VTEC E-brake cable. Which parts should i buy brand new and which parts are fine used? Because with the car being about 2 decades old i would rather not put in parts that may go bad later. Which parts should i upgrade? I definitely want to get SS brake lines.
The VTEC had abs as well so i have gathered that i need 4 sensors and a module. The sensors are quite pricey new, but i wonder if the used sensors would be on their way out after 2 decades if i got them from a junk yard.
As far as my parts list goes, am i missing anything? For the parts that i should get new, should i buy them directly from honda versus rockauto as im worried about quality?

Dude.
If you have an Si and can use the Si parking brake cables, you must already have rear disc brakes. Which you do.
Look at the part numbers on a Honda online parts website. Si and VTEC are the same for the rear.
The front brakes are not. For that you'll need Del Sol VTEC, 94-01 Integra or 94-95 Civic EX knuckles, calipers and brackets.
