Default del Sol VTEC vs. Si brakes?

I've noticed a fair deal of big brake upgrades for the del Sol VTEC, but nothing for the del Sol Si. Why is this, I thought the brakes were identical? I've been told that it's because the Si has a smaller caliper? If this is so, how hard would it be to upgrade to the VTEC brakes? Is the only difference the caliper?

Thanks

Smaller caliper and smaller rotor. You need the Del Sol VTEC knuckle or any 94-01 Integra/92-00 Civic EX knuckle to upgrade. There are ways to upgrade with your stock knuckle but requires modification where-as the Integra or Civic EX knuckles are complete bolt-on without modification.

So all I need is the del Sol VTEC steering knuckle, the rotor, and the calliper? Everything else from my Si will bolt up?

Don't bother trying to find del sol vtec parts. The knuckles are the same as the 94-01 integras and teh 94-95 civic EX with ABS.
Grab the knuckles and everything attached to them in regards to the brakes.
Once you have those knuckles on the car, other upgrades are much easier.
I've owned 3 sols, currently own two of them, and know far too much about the inner workings of sols... If you need a hand, PM me.

Excellent. I figured they were identical to the EG civic, I didn't know about the 'teg. I'm going to go down to the local pick and pull yard and see what I can find.
