Default B18C6 Motor swap and a few minor questions.

Hello all, I am very new here to the Honda Tech Forums (within the hour). Quick bit about my self: I am a student at NADC (Lincoln Tech) in the High Performance Automotive program.
Okay so lets get down to the good stuff. I am planning on swapping the B18C6 motor into the ES2 Civic Sedan chassis (2005). Yes I know it is illegal to swap an older block into a newer chassis, I have my reasons, and you wont be able to sway my opinion or tell me otherwise so don't bother. My question is regarding the Heads of said block. After plenty of research I have heard that the B16 head flows better than the b18 till about .457 lift. HOWEVER, I plan on installing the skunk 2 pro2 intake and exhaust cams (only .2xx lift), along with the titanium valve train set. Would it benefit me to use the B16 head, and have it machined and ported? Or should I stay with the b18c6 head, because I am aware that they do come hand ported. Thanks in advance, and you will be seeing a bit of me throughout the build and on these forums!

Why don't you try posting this in the proper forum?

I mean you can be a dick about it too, that's straight. As I stated I am new to the forums. The motor regarding this build is out of an Acura Integra type R. I would think that it would apply to this forum. So, would you care enough to lay off the tough forum guy act and direct me to where I need to be?

So in this school that you're at, do they not have a computer literacy class? I mean, drop-down boxes aren't anything overly complicated or anything...

And maybe you'd have gotten help, but for post #2 you called someone a dick so anything from here on out and I'm inclined to say that you're on your own. But if you want a bit of a hint, you're "swapping" an "engine" in to create a "hybrid".

Good luck in your quest.

Check the head for a stamp above the exhaust manifold that says PR3. If the head says PR3, it's the same head casting the B16s came with. The differences being the hand/machine porting, cams, valve springs, etc., for the ITR.

btw the B18C6 went into the UK market ITRs

Also it's not really a good idea to land in a new place and start telling people, "so don't bother", for any reason. It's not starting off on the right foot.
