Default Coolant bleeder valve

Ok so I'm bleeding the coolant on a 94 Honda civic with the d15b7 today, I finish up, tightening the bleeder valve on the top rad hose notice coolant is still coming from it finger thread it then *crack* The whole housing for the bleeder came right off with it.

It seems this was jb welded in past by the PO but can I get away with doing it another time? Or what's my best bet?

Ita supposed to come off like that? Will coolant creep out of hole on the car if I drive it?
