Default Help! Ecu wiring gone wild!

Hello my ecu wiring is on the Frits. I got a p28 chipped ecu and a stock p72 for my gsr. Both in normal TESTED working condition. But there is a shortage. I move the stock harness and it either lets my car start and throws three codes for map tps and something else I forgot the point being they all function normally. I know this because when it rains really hard my car runs normally. No cel and for a day or so after the rain or till whatever is wet drys I'm assuming. Any ideas? Ground? Loose pins? Ideas to fix? It was running fine for years till I had to swap ecu for state inspection and had to move those wires around. Why is my car running normal in wet conditions. Tried cleaning connections too. 1999 gsr obd1 b18c1 btw weird right. It was there when I bought it like it a lot I know it's obd1 cause not only the alternator but the disy were freaking me out. I ordered obd2 for both. Both obd1
